Assalamu alaykum sisters jazak Allahu khayran for an excellent podcast. For someone new to journaling, What are some questions we can start our journal entry with?

      Walaikum Asalam Umm Halil ๐Ÿ™‚

Great question! Some basic questions to ask yourself when journalling are:

      – What are some lessons & insights I took from today?

      – What am I thankful for right now?

But do what works for you.

Some people prefer to just let all their thoughts onto papers whilst others prefer questions in order to guide the thought process.

Personally, I vary between the methods above and sometimes even write in point forms so that I can declutter my mind and from there I take out the actions points.

      I hope that helps. ๐Ÿ™‚

      – Mifrah
